The best place to learn how to prepare a Paella is the city where this delicious dish originated from, namely Valencia. During this paella cooking class, you will learn how to prepare traditional paella Valenciana on wood. In most restaurants, the paella is prepared on gas, but there is a large difference in taste between paella cooked on wood and paella cooked on gas. Furthermore you will get to know typical Valencian bites and starters and a typical Valencian dessert. For many Valencian people it is a tradition to prepare once a week, in the countryside, Paella Valenciana on wood. We would like to introduce you to this authentic Spanish tradition!

The location is very close to the Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias, the modern spectacular white buildings. The great thing about this place is that it is located in the countryside, but on only 10 minutes walking distance of the Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias. Traditional Valencian lunch with:
- Spanish bites/starters;
- Paella Valenciana will be prepared in a traditional way, on wood;
- Typical Valencian dessert and coffee;
- Before lunch, beer and tinto de verano (kind of sangria but without fruit) will be included. During the Paella lunch, red wine and white wine will be served.
- After lunch it is still possible to order drinks (among others, mixed drinks and cocktails), but on your own account.
- There is an outdoor swimming pool which you can use during lunch (with good weather), but also after lunch it is possible to.
- There is a dress room for women and a dress room for men if you would like to change to make use of the swimming pool.
