What

In Valencia there are driving many busses and you can make easily use of these busses by waiting at the bus stop. At some bus stops you can see how long it takes that a bus will arrive at the bus stop so that you know how long you have to wait for the bus.

Where

A bus ticket you can buy in the bus. A Bonobus (a card with more tickets) you can buy at a tobacco shop (Tabaco) or at a kiosk (kiosko).

Prices

A one way ticket costs € 1,50, but you can also buy a Bonobus. A Bonobus is a card with more tickets on it, namely 10. The price of a Bonobus is €7,50- (furthermore you pay €2,- for a bonobus card). If you know that you are going to use the bus more often, you might consider a Bonobus to save money.

If you would like to have a map of all the bus lines in Valencia, you could get one, for example, at the tourist information (located at the airport, Plaza de la Reina, Plaza Ayuntamiento, Train station etc.)
